All JerichoBaby™ designs, artwork, concepts, and products are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of JerichoBaby™. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, recreation, modification, distribution, or attempt to pass our designs off as your own is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

As each item is custom-made and personalised specifically for your order, JerichoBaby™ does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. Please ensure that all spelling, colours, and design selections are correct before completing your order.

Production will only commence once full payment has been received and cleared. Our standard lead time is 4–6 weeksfrom the date of payment confirmation. While JerichoBaby™ strives to meet this timeframe, slight delays may occur during peak periods, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
